The Indiana Builders Association held its annual meeting in Indianapolis on November 10, 2025, where the prestigious Hoosier Excellence Awards were presented. This year, four members of the Builders Association of North Central Indiana (BANCI) were honored for their outstanding achievements. In the order of the photos submitted: Nick Prentice of Blue River Digital received the Associate of the Year award; Lucas Britton of High Ridge Homes & Renovations, LLC was recognized for the Best Home under $400,000; Luke Hoffman of Granite Ridge Builders, Inc. earned the Best Affordable Home award; and Sam Bengtson, Bruce Jackson, and Ben Jackson of T.L. Jackson Construction received the award for Best Outdoor Living Space over $100,000.
