BANCI is a membership organization comprised of members from various aspects of the building and home industries. It is our goal to assist homeowners in making dream homes a reality.
What sets our builders apart from the rest? As a membership requirement, our Builders are contractually obligated to abide by Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards (QABS), so you can rest assured that your builder is professional and accountable not only to you, the client, but also amongst association members both locally and state-wide.
