Homes on Parade

The Builders Association of North Central Indiana is excited to announce the 2024 Homes on Parade! The event will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 20, 21 and 22. The Builders Association will be featuring six homes in Kosciusko County.
The premier sponsor for the 2024 Homes On Parade is First Federal Savings Bank. The gold sponsors are Kosciusko Connect by REMC and Superior Garage Door Service. Tickets are $5.00 and that allows entry into all of the seven Parade homes. Veterans, Active-Duty Military and children under 12 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased at each Parade home, Warsaw and Plymouth Martin’s Super Markets, the BANCI office or right here – click the button below!
