Homes on Parade 2023: A Grand Showcase of Exceptional Homes!

The Builders Association of North Central Indiana’s Homes on Parade 2023 event was an absolute triumph! Over the weekend of September 22nd to 24th, we had the honor of showcasing seven extraordinary homes throughout Kosciusko and Marshall Counties, each a testament to the talent and innovation of our remarkable builders.
From the classic Georgian designs of “Golden Pond” by Renewal Homes to the modern rental communities at “NorthWest TownHomes” by R.W. Kidd Construction and Harter Construction, the variety in architectural styles and designs during this year’s Homes on Parade was truly captivating. The Parade showcased a diverse array of homes, including the elegance of “Roley Home” by Synergy Partnerships, the inviting ranch-style of “Bridgeport Homes LLC,” the relaxing ambiance of “JayH Construction, LLC,” the expansive living areas of “Milestone Construction Inc.,” and the epitome of lakefront living at “Coplen Construction Inc.” Each builder brought their unique touch, making the event a delightful journey through a rich tapestry of home designs.
The highlight of Homes on Parade 2023 was undoubtedly the People’s Choice Award! This prestigious accolade is a reflection of the collective preferences of our Parade attendees. After visiting all seven featured homes, attendees had the opportunity to cast their votes for their favorite home. The voting process was designed to be simple and inclusive, allowing everyone to participate and have their voice heard. Each home left a unique and lasting impression on the visitors, making the selection process both exciting and challenging. The home with the highest number of votes was crowned the People’s Choice Award winner – “Golden Pond” by Renewal Homes. This award-winning home, located at 10985 W. 250 N., Etna Green, IN 46524, truly captured the hearts of Parade attendees. Renewal Homes has been a consistent favorite over the years, having now secured the People’s Choice Award in nine different Homes on Parade events. Their legacy of excellence and the exceptional quality of “Golden Pond” made them a deserving winner. The beauty of this home lies not only in its expansive living areas and stunning lakefront view but also in the personalized touch that Renewal Homes brings to all their projects.
