The Outdoor Living Category recognizes those who seamlessly merge the outdoors with the comforts of home, transforming yards and landscapes into extraordinary living spaces.
The first finalist in Outdoor Living Category is the Carriage House project by Milestone Construction. Milestone Construction is a member of the BA of North Central Indiana. In this project, A Gas Fire Wall was custom-designed and fabricated to elegantly serpentine along the hillside, creating a striking division between the pool patio and the lake. Gas tiki torches line the descent to the lake, adding ambiance and continuity. A unique feature, showcased in the photos, is the illuminated glass dance floor built above the pool, offering a dynamic and eye-catching space for parties.
The award for Best Outdoor Living goes to Milestone Construction for the Carriage House project!
Last month on November 20th, 2024, some of our Members were honored as finalists and categorical winners at the second Hoosier Excellence Award, an event hosted by the IBA which seeks to elevate the efforts and skills of IBA Members who live and operate in Indiana. We at BANCI are very excited to celebrate Granite Ridge Builders, who earned Best Home (in the $700,000 – $1,000,000 range) with their CR 300 S project.
Granite Ridge Builders did a phenomenal job on this build. We’re very excited for and proud of them for their win for this year’s IBA Hoosier Excellence Awards! Congratulations to all IBA Members who were honored at this event. We look forward to seeing all of the projects featured at the 2025 Awards!
