Our homes are ENERGY STAR  rated by an independent third party.  They meet the strict guidelines for energy efficiency established by the EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy.  On average, our homes reduce energy consumption and energy costs by more than 40%.  Our recent Touchstone Energy home, built with insulated concrete forms, earned the maximum Five-Star Plus rating.  With a HERS Index of 39, it is one of the most energy efficient homes built in Indiana to date.
